When
will my order ship?
Most orders are custom made and take 3-4 weeks to complete.
We take pride in our work and want to deliver a quality product
that you will enjoy. If you are shopping through one of our
affiliates and have purchased an item that is in stock with
that affiliate your order will ship in a few days.
How
are orders shipped?
Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx to a verified street
address. If you only have a P.O. Box we will try and accommodate
you through the USPS.
Do
we ship outside the U.S.?
Sorry not at this time. If you do live outside the U.S. please
email us. You must provide Coastal CLothing Company with a valid
UPS or FedEx account number to be considered.
How
can I check the status of my order?

or call us at 908 713 6305 at any time. Our office are open
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST. We are building additional tools
for you to check status on line.
Will
I receive a confirmation when I place and order?
Yes, you should receive and electronic confirmation shortly
after placing your. If you have made an error to your order
or need to make any changes please contact our offices immediately.
Can
I make changes to my order?
Once materials have been ordered and production has begun orders
can not be changed.
Where are Beachside Clothing Company
items sold?
Beachside Clothing Company items are sold on line at www.coastalclothingcompany.com
and through various Vacation Rental Company's throughout the
U.S. Please check the web site for a location near you. If you
are interested in carrying the Beachside Clothing Company line

Can I customize a logo or design?
Yes you can. Minimums will apply as well as set up charges but
our staff is ready to work with you to create that special item
for you.
Are Beachside Clothing Company gift
certificates available?
Sorry not yet but check back shortly.
Returns
and Exchanges
Beachside Clothing Company will only accept changes for defects
in material and workmanship. As most items are made custom for
you they are not returnable. If you have purchased your item(s)
at an affiliate that carries the Beachside Clothing Company line
we suggest you contact that store first. If there are still
