What is Beachside Clothing Company?
We are the largest provider of vacation destination clothing
and accessories. We currently order 23 items (and growing) to
personalize with 160+ vacation destinations.
What is an Affiliate / Reseller?
An affiliate / franchisee becomes a business partner with Beachside
Clothing Company through one of three store options.
What types of store options are available?
There are three programs available:
1) The Oceanfront / Black Diamond
offering is a combination of a physical retail store located
within your check-in or welcome center(s) and supported with
an on-line store. This powerful combination offers the greatest
rewards for you and the greatest selection and appeal for your
homeowners and guests by allowing them to shop at your location
or in the comfort of there home. Items for sale in the physical
store will be offered to you at wholesale prices.
Minimums apply please see below. Commission earned for the online
store is up to but not to exceed 15% of the base sale. Shipping
is excluded.
The on-line store is customized for your location with vacation
destination pictures to promote the site and offering. Need
a custom location we will add it! A banner will be provided
for you to add on you home page.
Along with this offering is an initial supply of flyers for
marketing (see below).

2) The Semi-Oceanfront / Blue Square offering
is an on-line store with limited customization. We will add
vacation destination pictures to promote the site on the home
page and custom locations just for you! You will add a banner
for Beachside Clothing Company on your home page.
This offering is similar to the Oceanfront / Black Diamond in
that to earn a higher commission we ask that you actively promote
the site. An initial supply of flyers for marketing is provided
(see below).

General Mailing to your homeowners and guests
Additional support offered for:
Email campaigns
Special Promotions
Commissioned earned for the Semi-Oceanfront / Blue Square online
store is up to but will not exceed 10% of the base sale. Shipping
is not included.
3) The Sound front / Green Circle online store
is our most basic offering. All you need to do is to add the
Beachside Clothing banner to your home page. You will be provided
with a banner that will link back to Beachside Clothing Company.
While we would like you to actively promote the site and offering
we understand not everyone has the time.
Commissions earned for the Sound front / Green Circle offering
is up to but will not exceed 5% of the base sale. Shipping is
not included. You may move up the one of the store offerings
at any point.
How long does it take to get approved?If approved as a Beachside
Clothing Company Affiliate, you will place the Beachside Clothing
Company banner and tab on your web site. Beachside Clothing Company
will make specific modifications for your local area destinations
and specific agreed upon destinations and designs. As Beachside
Clothing Company is building a national brand it is important
that you agree to display the logo and tab on your web site
so that consumers can easily be directed to the shopping area.
Beachside Clothing Company will provide you with a starter kit
of 2500 flyers to insert into your reservation confirmations,
include within your welcome kits, mail to your clients or have
on hand within your office. This is based on the Oceanfront
/ Black Diamond and Semi-Ocean Front / Blue Square offerings.
Additional flyers are available at the affiliates expense. All
postage and shipping costs are paid for by the affiliate.
In Store Display - Beachside Clothing Company will provide a
$200 credit towards one of two in store display not to exceed
4' in length with an initial purchase of $2500.00 or greater.
Additional options can be reviewed based on annual purchases.
All displays will adorn the Beachside Clothing Company logo
and products.
How much do I need to order?
The minimum order is 96 pieces per silkscreen design put together
from our 11 best selling items. You may order the minimum quantities
from our embroidered list of items. Each has a recommended minimum
some as few as three units and not more than 24 units each.
We will recommend additional items based on space and traffic.
Items not carried in the storefront can always be included in
your on-line store.
How much do I need for reorders?
It is recommended that your reorders be a minimum of 96 units
per silkscreen design.
Who can join?
You need to have a Web site and we need to approve your application.
We review every site on a case-by-case basis. Once you're approved,
we'll periodically review your site to make sure that it remains
an appropriate Affiliate for our program.
How do I sign up?
Beachside Clothing Company administers the Beachside Clothing
Company Affiliate program. If you are interested please call
us TOLL-FREE at 866-232-2402. Each affiliate will be assigned
an affiliate number for tracking purposes.
Can I join other affiliate programs, too?
As many as you like. However, Beachside Clothing Company reserves
the right to terminate any Affiliate with links to Web sites
containing objectionable content or competitive products.
How soon can I get started?
The approval process usually takes about two weeks. You'll receive
e-mail notification the same day we approve your site. Your
notification e-mail contains all the info you need to get started
immediately.
How do I know how much I've earned?
Once approved, you'll be assigned your own password-protected
Personal Account page on the Beachside Clothing Company Web site.
You'll have access to a full menu of detailed Web-based reports
to keep track of your site's earnings and performance.
When do I get paid?
You'll receive a check each month for the previous months earnings,
provided that your account is owed $100 or more. If not, we'll
roll your balance until you reach $100.
How much can I make?
Please see the individual store descriptions above. How much
you earn depends on how many of your visitors click on the Beachside
Clothing Company banners and how much those visitors spend on
your affiliate on line store. If a shopper later returns merchandise,
a subsequent payment may be adjusted accordingly.
Where do I get banners?
After you're approved, we'll send you links to a spot on the
Beachside Clothing Company site where you can obtain banners.
How do I update my banners?
It's automatic. Once you're linked, we'll update your banner(s)
with fresh content for the same or a similar product category.
